Vehicle heat exchangers are now usually manufactured in aluminium, either by brazing (various processes) or by mechanical assembly or adhesive bonding.
Applications include:
- Radiators
- Condensers
- Evaporators
- Charge air coolers
- Oil coolers
- Heaters
- etc…
