Enter the following in the FillerCalc table:
- the dimension of the tubes
- the number of tubes
- the height of the fins
- a tentative header thickness
- a tentative cladding %
FillerCalc will make a prediction of:
- the average fillet size on each tube
- the maximum and minimum fillet size on each tube
You can apply different tolerances to the header thickness, cladding % and Si content of the cladding alloy to see what might happen in "worst case" situations.
